“The team is a mix of people, but always fresh and in motion, which keeps me young, too”

“I had known Mark from the Microsoft world for years and called him in December because I was looking for something new, back to the SME sector, and to Business Central. We quickly figured things out: Mark was looking for someone who could focus entirely on sales and wasn’t just ‘involved on the side.’ That role immediately appealed to me. During my interview, I had a good feeling right away. Bluace feels open and direct, a bit’ actions over words,’ like in Rotterdam. The future pathway appealed to me: there are clear ambitions, and a lot still needs to be built. No easy ride, but pioneering, tackling challenges, and going full throttle. Exactly what energizes me,” says Ronald, Sales Manager at Bluace. He lives with his wife Corine and their three daughters aged 21, 20, and nearly 18 in Amersfoort. “Besides my work, football plays a significant role in my life. I am a goalkeeper coach at a high amateur level at Sportlust ’46 in Woerden, where we play in the third division, the second-highest amateur level. This means I can be found in Woerden thrice weekly for training, match discussions, and preparing standard situations. It takes a lot of time, but that effort relaxes me precisely.”

Ronald says: “Since February, I have been working at Bluace as a Sales Manager. Before this, I was active at a larger European Microsoft partner, working for 2.5 years in Finance & Operations for enterprise customers. Before that, I worked for five years at another Microsoft Business Central partner. In total, I have now been active in the Microsoft segment for about ten years.” Ronald is responsible for everything related to sales in his role. “From the first contact with a client to signing the agreement. Even with existing customers, I look at how we can improve our solutions. The goal is always to make the sales process run smoothly and add value for our customers.” Ronald describes the culture at Bluace as direct, open, and pleasant. “A lot happens besides work, such as football tournaments, barbecues, and even a summer package before you go on vacation. The atmosphere is young and energetic. The team is a mix of people, but always fresh and in motion, which keeps me young, too.”

“For the future, I would like to help further develop Bluace to around forty employees while maintaining our current culture. This way, we can take on larger projects, but the friendly and entrepreneurial atmosphere that makes us strong will continue to exist,” Ronald explains.
