What is Expense Management?
Expense Management from Continia is an addition to Microsoft Business Central, which simplifies and digitizes the expense process for employees. Business-related expenses and mileage declarations can be automatically approved and booked directly in Dynamics 365 Business Central. First, you determine which employees are allowed to submit declarations in advance. Then, you set the desired employee to approve these. Selected employees submit a claim via a handy app via their smartphone and immediately add a photo or file of the invoice. Kilometers driven are automatically calculated and created, possibly taking into account intermediate stops. All submitted declarations are immediately visible in your Business Central environment, whereby the approval process can be followed thoroughly.
