Asset management
The core of your business operations is probably focused on capturing, tracking, and providing insight into assets. Recording starts with storing information such as the type, configuration, and address at which this installation is installed. This way, you can always find which asset is present where and carry out (preventive) maintenance at the right times.
Recording information in our service and maintenance software
After installing objects, it is customary to conclude maintenance contracts. These subscriptions take care of periodic invoicing and work but can also involve acute emergency work. Our service and maintenance software allows adding a maintenance contract to the object or installation. Standard contracts can follow a template, or a specific agreement can be recorded for each customer. This way, you always have all periodic invoicing taken care of but still have the flexibility to adjust.
Planning for service and maintenance
While executing your work, you have to deal with two different activities. (Preventive) periodic maintenance is required on an existing installation, and urgent work must be carried out. Our Technical Management service and maintenance solution has various modules to simplify resource planning.
Field Service App
To seamlessly connect your employees in the office and the field service, use our Field Service App. Installers no longer have to go to the office first and leave directly from home to the customer. Your technicians are always connected to the office staff via smartphone or tablet. Is a job running late, or are you receiving an urgent order? Planners can easily change the schedule; installers can see this directly via the app. Used materials and hours are then passed on so that the finance department immediately has all the necessary information for the correct invoice.
SaaS solution
Our service and maintenance software is a Software as a Service (SaaS) solution. This means that the solution works entirely in the cloud. The software is no longer installed on your server but runs via the cloud on any device with an internet connection. As a result, the company information is available anytime, anywhere, and on any device, and you have insight into your business processes at any time. In addition, you will receive automatic updates and additions of new functionalities without having to perform additional updates.
