Solution: one platform for customer management, ticketing, and invoicing

Bluace implemented a custom solution in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) for Sparta Rotterdam, specifically aimed at the sales process of business products. This has centralized the registration of all companies and contacts. This forms the basis for the complete sales process of:

  • Contract sales (fixed business seats, sponsorship contracts);
  • Single business tickets (e.g. Eredivisie matches and parking tickets);
  • Sale of fan shop items for sponsors.

Through smart automations, tasks are automatically created for the correct departments (such as ticketing and contract management) with each order, including associated information such as billing method, products, and total price. Specifically for Sparta Rotterdam, seasonal and match product inventory management has also been set up to ensure optimal management and availability.

With the new CRM solution, Sparta Rotterdam has:

  • Dashboards for both management and salespeople;
