Standard resource planning software
Scheduling field engineers stays clear and manageable for the dispatcher or planner thanks to our standard resource planning software. You can see at a glance which engineer is assigned to which job and how their day looks. Beyond workforce scheduling, the software shows which parts are present in each service van, making it easy to assign the right engineer to an emergency call. This avoids situations where an engineer arrives on site without the right materials to complete the job.
Scheduling tool with Outlook integration
Our scheduling tool is built on Microsoft and therefore integrates seamlessly with your existing Microsoft applications. If your organization already uses Microsoft Office 365, our resource planning software is directly integrated with Microsoft Outlook. You can assign or schedule tasks from Outlook, and they will automatically appear on the digital planning board. The integration works both ways, so any change made on the graphical planning board is reflected in Outlook in real time.
Graphical drag-and-drop planning board
In addition to our standard resource planning software, you can use our graphical planning board to schedule resources visually with a ‘drag-and-drop’ function. Dragging tasks and assigning them to engineers makes scheduling clear and easy. The dispatcher gets full visibility into available capacity for emergency calls. The planning takes into account the parts each engineer carries, so jobs are only assigned to engineers who have the right materials with them. The dispatcher also sees the location of each engineer in real time, helping to estimate travel time and choose the best engineer for the job.
