Many organizations work with fixed-price projects and projects where worked hours are invoiced. Insight into both projects’ profitability is not always possible and is often only available when completed. Employees might forget to register their hours at the right time and for the right project, resulting in a missing overview. Also, we see that organizations often “work more innovatively” by using various means of communication, for internal communication, such as Whatsapp. A significant disadvantage of this method is that these communication and requests are only known to the relevant employee, so there is no insight into the organization’s succession.
