How did Energy Bridge end up at Bluace?

“Initially, we asked around our network to map out what our options were. In the beginning, we were not so much looking for the Dynamics platform. However, it soon became clear that we could choose a standard package for the installation sector or a custom-based, flexible package. We ultimately chose the latter to work optimally with our unique customer journey. We then contacted Bluace via LinkedIn, and Bluace did everything to keep the relationship warm. We regularly received helpful tips about what to think about, which was very nice.”

How did the process go with Bluace?

“Energy Bridge is still starting, so the budget is not unlimited. The nice thing was that Bluace wanted to think along about this. We had the explicit wish to start with a smaller package to play around with it first and get used to it. Further optimization and growth will come later, which is no problem at Bluace. In addition, they made several pragmatic choices during the process, and the approach was good. We have switched from Excel to Dynamics 365 Sales in one step. Of course, you have to invest time to get used to the new working method, but the choice was conscious. We still get guidance to make sure we get the most out of it.”
