There were daily meetings with all your key team members. The goal of these meetings is to identify bottlenecks. Now, we reserve short sessions with the key user for each functional area, such as warehouse, purchasing, sales, finance, and the service department. Now, we schedule only a half-day for this and use Microsoft Teams to help your employees set up the new solution. There is still room to provide feedback and resolve issues. We have found that this process is just as effective in this virtual environment as it is on-site.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 id=\"h-the-go-live\" class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"font-size:20px;font-style:normal;font-weight:600\"><strong>The Go-Live<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px;font-style:normal;font-weight:400\">Previously, we sent our consultants to your location to support you with the conversion to the new software and its live use. Currently, our team members are always available via the support hotline. You can share and discuss all your questions or discussion points at any time. In addition, we schedule 15-minute meetings with each key user in every functional area to review everything and address issues. Both the hotline and the stand-up meetings are extremely efficient, thanks in part to our years of experience.
