We want to conclude this series by discussing how we at Bluace deal with the previously discussed topics. How do we approach the market? What do we consider necessary in our interaction with customers? How do we, as Microsoft partners, handle Microsoft&#8217;s strategy? And what challenges and opportunities does this present for us? We are happy to explain how we ensure our customers benefit as much as possible from the current landscape, so you know what to expect from us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"h-how-does-bluace-handle-its-software\" class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"font-size:28px;font-style:normal;font-weight:600\"><strong>How does Bluace handle its software?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Simply put, we follow a make or buy strategy regarding the software we use for our clients. We use as much software as possible, which we purchase from Microsoft and our partners. At Bluace, we believe in standard software components that have proven their value with multiple organizations in the Netherlands and worldwide. What we really cannot buy, we create ourselves, but we try to limit that as much as possible. In doing so, we mainly look at where we can make a difference for our clients. For example, we do not differentiate between <a href=\"https:\/\/bluace.nl\/en\/news-en\/automatic-purchase-invoice-processing-with-optical-character-recognition-software\/\">scan and recognition software<\/a>. Virtually every client we work with needs this functionality, but that is the case for nearly every Dynamics 365 user. Thanks to a best practices strategy, we can provide the necessary functionality and guarantee that the software is regularly maintained and updated. Because Bluace makes so many purchases, we always have the best software for a specific problem. The result for you as a user is that you get a stable environment with more innovation, which also relates to our slogan &#8216;Innovation through Standardization.&#8217;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"h-how-does-bluace-handle-the-possibilities-of-microsoft-appsource\" class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"font-size:28px;font-style:normal;font-weight:600\"><strong>How does Bluace handle the possibilities of Microsoft AppSource?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In a previous article, we explained the possibilities of Microsoft AppSource and how easy it is to add new functionality to the Dynamics 365 environment thanks to the available apps. At Bluace, we provide clear and urgent advice regarding Microsoft AppSource. To manage your environment as optimally as possible, we recommend certain applications for specific problems. We ask our customers to primarily partner with vendors with whom we have had good experience so that we can guarantee a stable and reliable environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"h-how-can-bluace-make-a-difference\" class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"font-size:28px;font-style:normal;font-weight:600\"><strong>How can Bluace make a difference?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px;font-style:normal;font-weight:400\">At Bluace, we are clear about the type of client we can help and where to make a difference.
