Standard resource scheduling software<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The scheduling of technicians is always transparent for the work planner or planner, thanks to our standard resource planning software. It is clear which technician is scheduled for which assignment and what the mechanic’s day looks like. In addition to personnel planning, it is also clear which parts are present in the service van, which makes it possible to find the right technician to carry out an urgent job. Our solution is based on Microsoft and, therefore, always integrates with existing Microsoft applications. If Microsoft Office 365 is already being used in your organization, our solution is directly integrated into Microsoft Outlook. For example, it is possible to assign and schedule tasks via Outlook, after which this can automatically be found on the digital planning board. This integration works both ways, which means that the adjustments made from the graphical planning board also automatically appear in Outlook.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

‘Drag and Drop’ planning board<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

In addition to our standard resource planning software, you can use our graphical planning board. For example, you can plan your resources graphically with a ‘Drag and Drop’ function. Dragging and dropping tasks and assigning them to employees makes scheduling clear and straightforward. It also offers the work planner a complete insight into the available capacity for scheduling urgent jobs. This planning takes into account the parts that a technician has with him during the scheduling of urgent jobs so that an assignment is only made to a technician who has the right parts with him. In addition, the work planner can always see where a technician is located to estimate the required travel time so that the planner can make a correct assessment between different technicians.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
