“An opportunity I didn’t have to think about for long”<\/strong><\/h1>\n\n\n\n

“In June 2023, I graduated from Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences, where I studied Communication. While searching for a graduation internship, I posted a call on LinkedIn, where Bluace approached me. At the same time, I was also in contact with a media company for an internship. I always thought that a large company completely focused on my field was exactly what I was looking for. Despite my doubts about whether the ICT industry was something for me, I decided to do my graduation internship at Bluace. I felt like a smaller company would offer more opportunities. The research I conducted for my thesis was taken seriously, and during an internal meeting, I was allowed to present my findings to the entire organization. I was offered a full-time job at Bluace as a marketer after graduation, an opportunity I didn’t have to think twice about,” says Linde, Marketing Officer at Bluace. Linde is from Capelle aan den IJssel and now lives with her boyfriend in the center of Dordrecht. “I love shopping, traveling, spending time with family and friends, playing padel, and enjoying the occasional party.”<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Linde explains: “As a marketing employee, I am responsible for various tasks, from content creation and social media management to maintaining the website and organizing events. In addition, I provide support where necessary in other areas, such as organizing staff outings and the monthly internal meetings.” Linde would describe the company culture at Bluace as open, transparent, and team-oriented. She says: “You work closely together, and you can always turn to someone if you get stuck. Decisions are communicated, and everyone can provide input during the monthly internal meetings. The working atmosphere is informal, with a good balance between hard work and fun. We often have lunch together and regularly organize outings, strengthening colleagues’ bond.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“At Bluace, I’ve had the opportunity to start my career and gain valuable experience,” says Linde. In the future, she wants to develop further in (online) marketing, such as SEO. In addition, Linde intends to broaden its knowledge of products such as Business Central and Dynamics 365 further. “Marketing is a fast-paced field, so my goal is to stay on top of the latest trends and developments,” says Linde.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
